Homeless in Houston

HOUSTON (FOX 26) -Despite having a temporary job for the past year and a half Vernon Spivey has made his sleeping arrangements out on the streets of Downtown Houston.
“That’s a lot of what happens to these dudes, you see them walking around but they don’t look homeless until you see them go to sleep,” said Spivey.
