Of Course We Can. And Of Course We Did!

In March 2014, SEARCH began a $16.5 million capital campaign to build a new headquarters for our operations and to build another House of Tiny Treasures preschool. Thanks to generous community support, the “Of Course We Can” capital campaign reached its goal a mere 15 months later.

Just one year later, in June 2016, SEARCH moved into its new Employment Services and Care Hub at 2015 Congress Avenue. Moving closer to our clients and the center of our city, this professional base of care will help more people get back to work, increase their income, and return to a home of their own.

Then in September 2016, the Foshee Family House of Tiny Treasures opened its doors in Houston’s historic Third Ward. With the addition of our second HTT, we have tripled our student capacity and can provide 104 of the community’s most at-risk children with a high-quality early childhood education to prepare them to succeed in school and beyond.

Thank you to the generous community leaders who made this possible!
